2. Changes to CreditInfo

We may discontinue or modify any service or function on CreditInfo at any time, without prior notice. We do not guarantee backward compatibility of services and application programming interfaces (API).

3. CreditInfo Database

We obtain information in our database from government sources and other sources in various ways, including: directly from government websites and APIs, from publicly available datasets, or through public information requests. We invest time, effort, and even money to obtain this data and transform it into a usable resource.

We do not claim rights to the information we receive from government sources, but we attribute it whenever possible. However, we claim rights to our database that contains this information.

The ODbL license requires you to attribute the use of our database. The use of any data must be accompanied by a hyperlink indicating "from CreditInfo" and linked either to the CreditInfo homepage or to the page referring to the information in question.

4. Data Redistribution

You may not use automated data extraction tools, robots, or similar tools to collect content from CreditInfo without our prior written consent. You also may not sublicense, transfer, sell, lend, or distribute for payment any CreditInfo content without our agreement.

5. Third-party Sites and Advertising

CreditInfo may include links to third-party sites. You agree that CreditInfo cannot be held liable for activities that occur on any site accessed through links on CreditInfo.

6. Registered Users

Certain services, such as claiming a company or the ability to add reviews, are only available to registered users and require authentication. If you register as a user, you confirm your agreement with these Terms and Conditions.

You accept responsibility for the confidentiality and use of any account you create. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur in your account.

8. Payment and Service Cancellation

By ordering any subscription on creditinfo.md, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and authorize CreditInfo to automatically charge you according to the chosen billing period. No refunds are offered for monthly plans.

9. Feedback to CreditInfo

By submitting ideas, suggestions, or proposals to CreditInfo, you accept that they become the property of CreditInfo, without any obligation to compensate you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CreditInfo for any claim resulting from the use of our services.

11. Service Termination

CreditInfo may suspend or close your account at any time, without prior notice, in case of violation of these terms.

12. Emails

By creating an account on CreditInfo, you agree to receive marketing materials and important notifications.
